This coach will have the opportunity to inspire and work with student-athletes ages 3-20, ranging from recreational to high-level nationally ranked players and collegiate level players.

The Inspiring Children Foundation (ICF) transforms lives through a whole human approach to physical, social, emotional, and mental health. Through our NO QUIT Tennis Academy, we combine elite tennis training with education, mentoring, leadership development, and life skills—empowering youth to become champions both on and off the court.

The NO QUIT Tennis Academy has been the longest-standing, most consistent academy with the most college scholarships and best results in the Intermountain Section over the past 20 years. It is recognized as a top 5 academy in the US, as featured on the Tennis Channel.

The Academy operates in partnership with the Inspiring Children Foundation and the #1 tennis team in history, Bob & Mike Bryan, to create the elite TEAM BRYAN training and travel team. The NO QUIT Tennis Academy has helped develop (12) #1 ranked juniors in the US, (18) that were ranked top 5, and over (50) that have been ranked top 25 in the USA. (5) have professional rankings, with the highest being 8 in the world. To date, the academy has placed over 220 student athletes into college on scholarship.

Our Academy is led by NCAA Champion, and USTA High Performance Coach of the year, Tim Blenkiron. The Academy’s high performance training system includes a whole human approach to physical, emotional and mental training that has helped him coach at the highest levels. Apart from developing countless nationally ranked players, Tim has coached WTA tour players Eugenie Bouchard and Asia Muhammad. As Vegas Rollers WTT Head Coach, Tim has coached Bob & Mike Bryan, Monica Puig, Sam Querrey, Danielle Collins and more. Tim is a former President of the United States Tennis Association’s Intermountain Section and USTA Nevada. He is also the co-creator of the USTA Foundation’s Excellence Team concept, and received USTA national’s highest volunteer and impact award for his efforts. Our TEAM BRYAN Excellence Team program is a best-in-class example and showcase of youth development and education that is being studied and duplicated in twenty-two cities in partnership with the USTA Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

  • Collaborate with the Academy Director & CEO to lead the Academy and supervise coaching staff.

  • Establish and maintain a positive environment that reflects our values.

  • Provide vision, leadership, and guidance for sports programming and athlete development.

Program & Operations Management

  • Develop and manage athletic program budgets, including salaries, equipment, facilities, and training expenses.

  • Ensure facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

  • Oversee team schedules, league participation, travel arrangements, and event logistics.

  • Manage NCAA Eligibility processes and ensure compliance with MHICF, league, and association policies.

Coaching & Staff Development

  • Recruit, select, and supervise coaching staff.

  • Create and implement evaluation tools to monitor and improve coaching performance.

  • Foster professional growth through training and development opportunities for coaches and staff.

Community & Promotion

  • Serve as the primary liaison with school administrators, leagues, parents, referees, and community partners.

  • Organize fundraising and promotional events to support academy programs.

  • Create social media content and prepare reports highlighting program achievements.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Passion for education, youth development, and our mission.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven leadership in athletic program management and budget oversight.

  • Ability to grow programs within an established league structure.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving and delegation skills.

  • Skilled at motivating athletes and guiding coaching teams.

  • Proficient with technology and comfortable with social media promotion.

Education & Experience

  • USPTA, PTR, and/or USTA Coaching Certification preferred.

  • SafePlay Certification required.

  • Experience coaching ATP, WTA, junior, and/or collegiate-level tennis players.

  • Minimum 3 years of athletic, coaching, and teaching experience.

  • Experience organizing fundraising and promotional sports events is welcomed.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activity for extended periods.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
